I also have to say, for me personally, the invitations were the most annoying part of the entire ordeal thus far.  All right, I probably shouldn’t refer to my upcoming wedding as an ordeal, but I think you get the picture.

In an effort to make this a bit more substantial of a post I thought I’d take the time to say how insane the idea of a wedding is.  I’m not saying getting married is insane (though that can certainly be debated), the actually wedding process is what is maddening.  Yes, there’s some merit to just eloping – but since, to be honest, I never really thought I would end up married, I felt the day needed to be marked with one hell of an epic celebration.  Sure, we’re not going to go overboard, but we’d like to put on a great party that everyone there can enjoy.  It’s 270 days to go and I’m understanding why some people take even longer to plan these things.  I’m sure this is going to be a common, more frantic theme amongst my posts the closer it gets to June 28th.
