I have found myself with the same exact problem and am still working on it. You really just have to keep spitting out thoughts. It has been gradually becoming easier for me to write, but I find that I do not write as often as my mind spits out thoughts. It is wierd because I have been looking for some kind of inspiration to write more and your blog is related to many parts of my life buddy.
